Even if your body is dehydrated by about 2%, your skin is the first one to get affected. Hence, make sure you keep your bottle filled of water so that you can keep sipping water frequently.

4) Do not overeat

Make sure you eat the right kind of food and do not end up gorging on fast food and aerated drinks. People who suffer from obesity also get these stretch marks.
